I understand as I've been there. I lived for years meeting others needs, judging my own as selfish. Feeling empty with nothing left to give. I saw myself as having no worth or purpose.
Then I realised I deserved more, empowering myself by investing in me. Finding and receiving the support I needed. giving to myself first, especially with time. I remembered what made my heart sing, finding space and balance again in my life. But most of all feeling joy in my heart again.
Until I looked for support, I kept repeating the old patterns and telling myself the old stories, like what others expected from me was more important than who I am. That I was overly sensitive, emotionally unbalanced and fragile.
I don't want you going through your life feeling stuck like this, unable to feel your strength, your worth, your joy.
