All classes are held at the Tinwald Catholic Church hall .

Classes run for 9 week terms, bookings essential and numbers limited.
Costs: $20 / class ($18 unwaged / seniors) paid per term.
Classes are suitable for all levels of experience and physical abilities.
My focus is on empowering students in all ways and to help them build their own strength, balance and flexibility in a nurturing and fun environment.
A great relaxation at the end of class is always a must!
