Any content that is available for download will have a download button that looks like this

Downloading should be available on all web browsers.
(Safari, Chrome, Firefox etc)

  • If downloading on your computer, open  the course player which will look similar to this and the download button appears close to the top right corner.

  • Depending on your web browser one of two things will happen when you click the download button.
    1. Files automatically download to your computers download folder.
    2. A new browser window opens with the file.

  • If a new browser window opens it will look similar to this.

  • Right click on the file and a download button will appear as below.

  • Click Download

  • The file will begin to download to your computer. Most internet browsers will have the downloads progress bar automatically appear within the window as seen below in the Chrome browser.

  • The file will now be saved to your computer and can be found within your downloads folder.

Things to note:
Some web browsers may think audio files are videos so will prompt you to save  the video but once downloaded you will see the file is a mp3 audio file.
