Hi I’m Janet, I’m a yoga teacher and self worth coach, who knows you deserve to feel whole again.


We use simple yogic practices to move your body and calm your mind. Creating mental space to feel openness and freedom in your life.


I nurture and empower women to feel at home in their bodies, to honour their needs, remember their worth, and enjoy their own inner strength.


Because when we feel strongly centred, aware of our own light and power, we have more to give to our families and to the world.


And the world needs more strong powerful women right now.

Hi I’m Janet Cross, I’ve been teaching Dru Yoga and meditation for 10 years and absolutely love it. Now I’m in my 50’s I realise I need to make my health, both mental and physical a priority. I want to live the second half of my life happy, healthy with a deep sense of wellbeing. I love learning about new research on natural and simple ways to honour our wellbeing. I feel passionate about sharing this knowledge with those who are ready to make themselves and their wellbeing a priority too. I’m committed to empower others to enjoy the wholehearted and peaceful life they deserve.
